Uniform

A simple uniform is helpful in establishing good standards of appearance in school and by wearing it children quickly feel part of the community.

Our branded school uniform can be bought via PMG Schoolwear, please click on the logo below to visit their site. It is not compulsory for uniform to be branded with the Ryefield logo. Plain versions are just as acceptable. 

Uniform Requirements

Children wear:

• A white polo shirt
• Royal blue school jumper/cardigan
• Grey straight legged trousers, skirt (Knee length) or pinafore
• In the summer a Gingham dress can be worn
• White/grey socks or grey tights
• Black sensible, low-heeled shoes (no trainers or boots)

P.E. Kit:

• Children should wear suitable PE clothing to school on PE days such as trainers and a tracksuit. During summer, strappy vests and fashion shorts are not acceptable for PE days and should not be worn.

In Year 5 & 6 pupils must wear a white shirt with a school tie. Ties can be bought on ParentPay for £4.10 each.

Children in Years 1 - 6 are expected to bring a stocked pencil case to school and replenish when needed. Details can be found on the Uniform Policy.
